In a small organization with a very large mission, no staff member is limited to job description and everyone does some of everything.  Staff members work in teams bringing the full range of their experience and perspective to the wide array of tasks necessary to build our ship even as we are moving forward towards our new horizons.  We are establishing the cultural DNA now for the establishment of a person-centered organization that unleashes and integrates the knowledge and potential of all team members.
